Welcome to LOL! Life Of Love :)

I was working on a reality  show and some film projects.  I was trying to come up with a name for the my "Reality show". My mother said," LOL" When I asked to explain she told me that it stood for Life Of Lakisha. At the time I was going through some challenges. My mother was diagnosed with stage 4 Colon Cancer. I had relocated to Michigan to be closer to her and to offer any assistance I could in regards to her condition.

As I proceeded to get footage to put this reality show together a technical glitch caused me to loose all the footage  that I was compiling to launch this show that was going to show many aspects of my life;My personal relationship, my relationship with my mother, career, son, dealing with the inevitable death of my mother.

In 2010, My mother won her fight with cancer and transitioned. I was devastated!  I could go on and on about the ups, down, trials and tribulations that I experience. From depression to homelessness. I could also go on and on about the things the Blood covered me through. However, Ive decided to keep it all in perspective.

As you follow my blog together WE will learn, love and live! I will fulfill the task my mother gave me from GOD. To launch LOL.... Life Of Love.... Life Of Lakisha! She said LOL had many meaning and the most important is LOVE. When we learn to live a Life Of Love EVERYTHING else becomes a whole lot easier.
